The IRRV East Anglian Association is pleased to announce its September seminar, which will be held on 19 September 2024 at Norwich City Council.

Our speakers are:

Dan Pearce, TelSolutions

Dan will be looking at new research into Customer Behaviour Science in relation to the recovery of debts

Chris Nichols, Enforcement Conduct Board

Chris will give an update on the work of the ECB to date, including details of their recent consultation exercise.
