We are keen to ensure we reach all eligible members so if you work, or live, in the Wessex area please ensure that we hold your correct details so that you don't miss out on anything we organise, also let us know the e-mail address of anyone you think we are not contacting, we regularly send out information regarding meetings or events we organise.  Also if you change job, or home address etc. let us know so that we can update our records accordingly.

We are always happy to receive your suggestions of things you would like to see us organise, lectures, training, social events etc., so if you have any thoughts please contact any of your association officers and they will be put to your executive.

IRRV Wessex Association’s Annual General Meeting & Mini-Conference

The Wessex Association is pleased to invite you to its Mini Conference and Annual General Meeting at the Mercure Winchester Wessex Hotel – Paternoster Row, Winchester, SO23 9LQ on Friday 12th July 2019.

Please confirm your attendance by no later than Friday 28th June 2019 by e-mail to: Terri Horner, Secretary thorner@winchester.gov.uk and Pat Lane, Treasurer pat.lane@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk. We are asking for a non-refundable contribution of £10 for IRRV members and £15 for non-members. IRRV students can attend free of charge. Details on how to pay can be found at the end of this letter.

The Wessex Association is pleased to invite you to a technical day at Winchester’s Guildhall in the Wintonian room (up the main steps off the Broadway and first room on the left – further information for travelling is below). Our generous host for the day is the IRRVs very own Gary Watson and we have some great speakers covering the latest in topical news.

We would be delighted if you could join us for an information-packed day!

We have 4 excellent Park & Ride car parks on the South and East sides of the city with buses

Chesil Street multi storey car park is a 5 to 6 minute walk away.
